Fun indoor/outdoor style boot camp classes (weather dependent) designed to push you to your limits but adaptable for all fitness levels. The workouts will be total body workouts with HIIT (high-intensity interval training) style training that will incorporate battle ropes, dumbbells, resistance bands, equalizer bars, medicine balls, body weight resistance and core training. Get Ready for 60 min of fitness, fun and conditioning.
