Brookland Boot Camp offers small private group training. If you are you looking for affordable, personal and effective training, then the small private group training is for you. The small private group training sessions run for 4 weeks and they are designed for groups of 5 to 10 people. Each class is a total body workout designed to burn calories, tighten your core, and increase your endurance, strength, and metabolism. The workouts incorporate resistance bands, dumbbells, medicine balls, lateral resistors, battle ropes, and body weight resistance exercises.

The first class is COMPLIMENTARY!
